Just off of Medano Beach the Hacienda Beach Resort offers the only oyster bar in town. Walk up several steps from the main boardwalk that surrounds the hotel and pop in for a handful of fresh oysters on the half-shell. In addition to a broad array of oysters, you may order seafood quesadillas, beer battered sea bass, fried calamari, shrimp cakes and crab imperial New Orleans style (USD5-USD9). A wide variety of margaritas and martinis includes a locally made liqueur added to recipes developed in this bar. From the 007 Martini to the Pineapple Express Martini there are flavors for every taste.
