We asked the bellhop at our hotel where the best Mexican restaurant in Cabo was. He put us in a cab and told the driver "Mi Casa." I was a little wary since I am a vegeterian and normally do not like spicy Mexican foods. Well, upon walking into Mi Casa, my eyes lit up. There are no restaurants like it in America. It was absolutely breathtaking. You walk through the inside to the back, which is half open and half under a canopy. There are beautiful trees and decorations everywhere. I could hardly concentrate on my menu or my company since I was surveying the ambience so intently.
The food was also EXCELLENT. I loved everything I had and do did everyone else I was eating with. Some people were dressed very casually and some were more dressed-up. Both groups felt comfortable. This is a great place to go with a group or for a romantic dinner for two. The margaritas are humongous and yummy! Like all restaurants in Cabo, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Mi Casa far exceeded my expectations!
