This is an excellent little restaurant about a block and a half up from the Marina. It is called Mama's Royal Cafe in the morning, and Felix's in the evening. Both breakfast and dinner menu is extensive and food is excellent.

The same place is Mama Royale's in the daytime, when they serve breakfast all day, and Felix's at night, when they serve dinner. We had breakfast at Mama Royale's--and it was quite a breakfast! The portions were ample, the prices reasonable, the service outstanding, and the food was wonderful. I don't know how breakfast could get any better. They have a full three page menu, so just about anything you crave for breakfast is available. I had huevos rancheros with an incredible green chili sauce, heavenly.
