An Expensive Day at the Office

Drinks are good but so overpriced. $15 bucks a drink! They charge in US dollars so you don't have the benefit of the current exchange rate which is typically 2-3 more pesos per dollar. Save your money and make your own!

Great Food

Went there for breakfast and ate more like dinner. I had lobster enchilada that was fabulous. I can't wait to go back and have this again. I enjoyed every single bite. We also ordered pinepple which came in a pineapple. On a side note, Thursday night they have a show but you need to make reservations in advance.

Poor service; overpriced food. Parking is a nightmare.

Timeshare companies pay the Office to plant their reps as "hosts," who try to get patrons to come to the timeshare events.

Also local vendors trying to sell their stuff -- temporary tatoos, hair braiding, etc.

The Office

The food was good and the drinks really strong. It was a casual and fun atmosphere. The tables are in the sand and I was so impressed with the waiters carrying the trays and trudging up and down the sand to serve! The place is a tad over priced but with all the Americans there, they know they'll pay. I would also call it Americanized Mexican food, very simple and light fare. My friend had the table made Caesar salad and I had the chicken tacos. The refried beans was a fashionable strip, the rice was a formed cup and then a pepper laid on top. A bit too food network presentation for me but the taste was good.

The Office has their "Mexican Show" a couple of nights a week. The entertainment is very audience-involved: dance contest, a piñata for the children, couple’s contests, and balloon hats for everyone. One year I won a bottle of champagne in the dance contest, which was the last thing I needed, considering how much tequila it took to get me on stage.

The food is pretty good -- typical for the area.
