Ediths

  • June 26, 2007

Ediths is exquisite and much different from a lot of the dining Cabo has to offer. It offers the most amazing and tantalizing food in the area. I have been visiting Cabo since I was born, at least twice a year we would visit Cabo and my family makes an effort to visit Ediths each time because we enjoy it so much. The private wine room is especially great for birthdays or anniversaries or maybe just because. I strongly suggest visiting Ediths if you are planning on visiting Cabo San Lucas!

EDITH'S

We lucked out because Edith's closed for the season the day after we dined there on our first night in Cabo.

We ate on the patio with a partial view of the ocean. Service was exceptional and the food divine. Mexican food is one of our favorites and we enjoyed flavors we've never experienced before.

Edith's will be a regular stop whenever we go to our timeshare at Pueblo Bontio Sunset Beach.

EDITHS

If you have ONE place to go, this better be IT! Handmade tortillas, Caesar salad made a la tableside, outdoor mesquite grill, fresh fish and seafood, huge steaks, flaming coffees and bananas foster, and all overlooking the Sea of Cortez. What's not to like??! We had the Caesar, grilled lobster, flaming coffees and lots of frozen margaritas.
