Yuck. food tasted like microwave dinners (overcooked, tough lobster, pasty sauce, corked wine) - not worth the 250 pesos/22 USD per entree. Tried to complain to the manager (after we paid, we were totally trying to be nice with constructive criticism) and he was such a jerk! Try Casa Mission - great service, great food - or Rock n java.
Prima
Wonderful upstairs open-air bistro. Great variety on the menu, combining Italian and local cuisine. We ate here our first night and liked it so much we dined there again for our last evening in Cozumel. We enjoyed the Stuffed Shrimp Au Gratin, a Fettucine Alfredo with Chunks of Lobster and mushrooms, and a Fettucine Alfredo with baby shrimp (not so small and lots of them!) and broccoli. Excellent food and waitstaff!

Prima has great, fresh pasta dishes and wonderful seafood. They also have good salads and great deserts. They have a pretty good selection of wine if you are getting tired of margaritas too!
