Description
Established in 1974, the Four Seasons is not a particularly old restaurant, although it successfully manages to convey a sense of 'old Pera' - pre-republic multicultural Beyoglu. The nostalgic period décor and starched wait staff add to the air of formality. The waiters perform immaculate silver service with a mainly French menu (read: lots of meat dishes in wonderfully rich sauces). There are good value for money (around $5) set lunches served Monday through Friday. Plans are afoot to open a piano café-bar on the upper floor.
