Favorite dishes include Nicoise salad (which is loaded with tuna, greens, and a tasty mustard dressing) and the warm Stroganoff salad - a bountiful array of greens tossed with warm chicken, mushrooms and potatoes with a cream of mushroom dressing, served in a crispy wanton basket. Hands down favorite for originality is the Raspberry Crusu Steak - a thinly sliced cut of meat stuffed with spinach, peppers, cheese and mushrooms with raspberry purée. The menu at Evim features traditional home-style Turkish foods from Anatolia and the Black Sea region as well as serving vegetarian and Italian cuisine, notably the Penne Pomodoro.
