Considering this restaurant is in the city's finest hotel, the food is a little disappointing. The romantic setting inside an ornate Ottoman palace harem overlooking the Bosphorus is splendid though. The menu is à la carte and vaguely Ottoman-inspired - choosing very carefully will get you a meal worth remembering forever. Be sure to save plenty of room for dessert. The Tugra offers one of the finest dessert trolleys in Istanbul, filled with sumptuous, creamy puddings and cakes. It's worth stopping by just for this, especially if you have a chronic sweet-tooth.
