Description: We decided to stop here for dinner after our trolley ride because it was inexpensive and figured it would be easy to find something for the kids. The inside of the restaurant has beautiful dark wood walls, floor, and furniture. There is also several pretty stained glass windows inside the doors. In the main dining area there are even some tables within a makeshift trolley.
It's unfortunate the ambience has nothing to do with the food. I realize we were purchasing an inexpensive meal, but Fazoli's (inexpensive fast food restaurant) has way more taste than the Old Spaghetti Factory's pasta sauce. I ordered a pasta dish with sausage and I've never had a sausage with so little taste. It seemed like they boiled the sausage instead of frying it which brings out the flavor. Really the only compliment I can give besides the nice building is that the salad was more than just lettuce and tomato. I suppose they did bring us bread before dinner but it was nothing special and it wasn't really warm.
I'd recommend spending a little more money and going to Hard Rock Cafe just about two blocks away instead. Plenty of choices to satisfy everyone and very yummy desserts.
