"Wait!", our waitress yells at us…apparently, they’ve decided to make the pie after all and it should just take 15 minutes. Really hungry at this point, we stand at the counter with angry faces and wait. We turn around and discover that we are the second table of the night that she’s forgotten, only that table was now being served their pizza. Fifteen minutes later she announces the pizza was ready and that it was free (like we’d pay at this point), but she says she’ll have to charge us for the beer my friend had. Of course, we protest and she slams the pizza down and wildly slides it across the counter in my husband’s direction and grunts, "Fine! I’ll pay for it all!" Darn right you will. My husband catches the pizza just before it slides over the edge of the counter and we watch her storm off. Wow!
Worst Pizza and Service EVERWell, there must have been venom in that pie—it was burnt and one of the worst we’d ever had. Bad pizza, horrible service, and the waitress is mad at you when she messes up! It’s anybody’s guess why Frank Pepe’s stayed in business this long! I'm not going to bother to add a link to their Website...I wouldn't want my worst enemy to go there. Can one bad experience ruin an establishment's reputation...the simple answer is YES!
