Located in the Historic St. Anthony Hotel, the Madrid Room has served San Antonio for over 90 years. Famous for its pasta bar, the restaurant features many other delights, as well. Appetizers range from the Jose Cuervo Tequila Shrimp and the Jumbo Gulf Shrimp Cocktail to the Chile Crusted Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp. Entrees include the Charbroiled Filet Mignon, which comes served with a barbecue vinaigrette, and the North Atlantic King Salmon. For something a little closer to home (that is, if you are a Texan), try the Gulf Coast Red Snapper with Tequila Lime Butter Sauce.
