Description
This new Chinese food restaurant, located on the River Walk, boasts a recently refurbished interior but retains an older exterior that belies its young age.
Puzzles of Chinese landmarks adorn the walls, and Chinese music is piped in via a boom box. Sze-Chuen touts over 20 daily lunch specials, starting from $3.99. General chicken, kung pao chicken and sweet and sour pork are just a few of the many items on the menu.
What Sze-Chuen lacks in atmosphere, it makes up for in the quality and amount of food that you get for your money. It is a popular place for businessmen at lunch, but the restaurant has plenty of seating, and it is rare that you have to wait for a table.
