Mark Miller, Santa Fe's chef extraordinaire, designed the menu, which has received continual raves since the restaurant's opening. Try the Shrimp Corncakes or the Gazpacho before diving into to perfectly prepared steak and seafood entrees. The wine list is as impressive as the service. The only thing better is the panoramic view of the Hill Country, a true crowning touch. Francesca's is popular with locals as well as resort guests, so reservations are highly recommended.
