The latest manifestation of its residence - the Apartment - is a hugely successful new business venture on Donegall Square West, in view of the City Hall. The Apartment consists of three bars on two floors, a fine contemporary restaurant upstairs and lunchtime dining downstairs. With paninis from around £3.75 and a main course in the upstairs restaurant from as little as £6.00, prices are consistently cheaper than in similar establishments.
