This beautifully designed, wide open bar and restaurant inside Madison's Hotel is located in the heart of the student area, right on the cosmopolitan Botanic Avenue. As an up-market and intimate place, it is a pleasant alternative option for a few quiet drinks away from more boisterous establishments close by. Despite its proximity to the university, the clientele are mostly older professionals. When the weather allows (not very often, but never mind), the glass doors are open to the street, making the restaurant suddenly bistro-like. It serves modern cuisine using fresh local produce.
