Awesome!! We have never had such good Chinese food before. We had wonderful Citrus Fire shrimp, double pan-fried noodles, spring rolls, and R. Mondavi Reisling wine. Excellent!!!

My husband loves Chinese food, so we decided to go to P.F. Chang's. Upon seeing the menu, he was concerned that they did not seem to have the "basic" choices that he likes (e.g., chop suey, BBQ, pork rice, ribs). I told him to leave the ordering to me. We ordered Harvest Spring Rolls, Chang's Spare Ribs, wonton soup (one bowl was enough for the two of us), Philip's Better Lemon Chicken (delicious!), P.F. Chang's Fried Rice, chow mein, and Buddha's Feast. Each dish has its own unique flavor and was very good. Even my husband, who is bit choosy with his Chinese food, thoroughly enjoyed this meal. The servings were large enough that we had a doggie bag and ate the remainder for supper the next night.

The service was excellent, and even though the restaurant was crowded, the atmosphere was relaxing.

As I said in the overview, this is one of my favorite places to eat. I discovered it a couple of years back on my first trip to Scottsdale and have sought out other P.F. Changs at other places like Vegas and Miami. But I must say that the one in Scottsdale is the best. It is located on the edge of a very upscale mall and it attracts a nice crowd. The décor is very nice and the food is great (especially considering it is a chain restaurant). Don’t be afraid to go alone because you can eat at the bar and feel right at home. The food is Chinese with a twist. The choices are fantastic and whatever you order you will enjoy. Don’t forget to get the lettuce wrap appetizers (my favorite item). The only down-side is that it can get crowded and you may have to wait awhile to get seated.
