This restaurant is located in the old Western town of Rawhide, and the theme is Old Western. A country-and-western band was playing, and this added to the ambience.
My husband had the Wrangler Steak, and he said that this was one of the best steaks that he'd ever had (melt in your mouth) for the price. I had the BBQ chicken, which was quite tasty (finished over hot mesquite). Both meals were accompanied by a salad, corn on the cob, brown beans, and green chili cornbread. A very interesting touch. There was definite cowboy-Western flair to this restaurant, which made it a wonderfully unique experience.
