Canyon Star Restaurant
Canyon Star was featured on Rachael Ray's $40 a Day show a couple years ago, and apparently, prices have gone up since then. It's no longer a good deal--in fact, I'd avoid this place. Way overpriced for the quality, and the weird "entertainment" makes it seem very much like something you'd encounter at Disney World. Not a very large selection, either, and entrees are $20+.

Figuring it would be hard to find breakfast foods in the area, we decided to dine at the hotel--big mistake. Even just a bagel and eggs was full of grease; the seats were dirty; and the atmosphere was a little too kitschy for my taste with as Western theme and constant videos of the Grand Canyon playing above.
