This is my favorite place we ate on the whole week trip. It is a nice local restaurant. There is a great big wooden bar, a waiting area with a little fireplace, pool tables, and a large dining area. The place was pretty busy with locals when we went.

Try the local brews. Try the Hefeweizen or Berry Brew (very different). The food is very good. They put a tasty spin on each normal entrée. The hamburger is not just a hamburger, but a mix of garlic, fresh basil, and sun-dried tomatoes. The toppings were even different - havarti cheese and basil pesto. This restaurant makes going all the way to Flagstaff worth it.

I simply LOVE Beaver Street. Not only do they brew their own beer, but the food is awesome. They offer between five and six different microbrews on any given day and seasonal blends as well. Always on tap are the Railhead Red and the Indian Pale Ale.

The real reason I go is because of the food. They have an appetizer of mussels in a Thai curry/coconut sauce that is SO good that I have a hard time ordering anything else. My other favorite appetizer is the pesto/cream cheese dip served with crostini. It's a metal dish filled with cream cheese, topped with pesto sauce, and put in the oven - SO GOOD! They also offer a couple fondues and wood-fire pizzas. The green goddess salad is to die for, and the signature Beaver Street burger is made with garlic, sundried tomatoes, and basil. Now, THAT'S a burger! Don't forget about dessert. They have a chocolate bread pudding that just melts in your mouth.

I always tell people to eat here when they visit. They have never been disappointed.

Great place to eat in a casual atmosphere. Good specialty pizzas and a full menu. Brewery on site and a wide variety of beers. Always good service.
