The waitress was impressed that we were actually from Jersey (as usual) and we each got a taco/enchilada combo. I must say that the food here was even worse than the Mexican we ate at the Luxor with Susie and Erin. They actually put barbecue sauce on the enchilada! I had a few gin & tonics, since the special was $2 well drinks. For a Monday night, the town was pretty lively, and all of a sudden a drunken girl plops herself down next to Aaron and another next to me. They were a group of six adult grad students in the speech pathology program who were celebrating their midterm. Let me add that they were from 24 to about 44 and looked sloppier than drunken 17-year-olds. Erin was the girl with Aaron and Meg was next to me. Being that half of them were either engaged or married, I was embarrassed for their husbands or fiancés. They started dancing on the bar and falling all over the place.

We went for dinner, when they had a $5 buffet going on. There were good hot wings, taquitos with a tasty cheese sause, refried beans, rice, and taco fixings. You had a choice of hard or soft shells, ground beef, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese. There was a ranch sauce, but no sour cream. A complimentary corn/bean type of salsa and chips were served. It may have been an off night, but the food was a little overcooked. It satisfied our cravings, though.
