There are two Dahl and Deluca's--Cucina Rustica was the restaurant we chose to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, and it was the right choice! The food and service here are impeccable. It was very romantic, and they went out of their way to make it a special evening for us.

Rustica Cantina - Dahl and Deluca

The service was EXCELLENT and the food was delicious. My daughter ordered a chicken Caesar salad and said the chicken was very good. She said it tasted like the chicken had been marinated. I ordered a pasta dish, which I asked to have shrimp added to. It was not at all what I expected, but it was VERY good. The oil for the bread had an extra spice added in, and when we asked for some Parmesan cheese to add to the oil, they brought us freshly grated cheese. Our water glasses were never empty, which was quite a feat! The desserts looked great, but we couldn't eat all of our dinner (we took half of it to go), so we didn't get to try them. This restaurant is a little pricey, but worth every penny!

A full Italian menu is featured at this family run restaurant. The staff is attentive, polite and friendly. It is obvious that they enjoy serving their guests. We were treated to live music during dinner which added to the atmosphere.

The food at this restaurant was very good. The restaurant features several daily specials. The evening we went the specials were a grilled salmon with capers and a seafood fettucini. The regular menu had several veal, seafood and chicken dishes as well as pasta. The dinners came with a dinner salad, fresh vegetables and new potatoes. The before dinner bread was crusty and hot: served with the traditional oil and garlic mixture. Each dish we tried was very good. The food was plentiful.

The restaurant is small and popular with the locals; therefore, reservations are necessary.
