This restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch and is open daily 6am - 2:30pm. They list themselves as the home of 101 omelettes. If you can't find something you want on the menu, ask your waitress. You sure won't go away hungry as the meals are good size. The place was packed every morning of our stay, but the waits weren't long and were well worth it.

Best place to eat breakfast! It's the home of the 100 omelettes! Very casual and the food as well as the service was great! Should try the Belgium Waffles!

The Coffee Pot Restaurant specializes in omelettes - LOTS OF DIFFERENT OMELETTES. I guess they have other food, but I was so happy with the omelettes that I never even looked beyond that assortment (probably more than 100 different omelette offerings). This restaurant is on the road that points to the Coffee Pot red rock formation that really does look like an old percolator. The food is delicious, generous and service was fast.

Great local place, especially for breakfast after an early mornning hike. Their breakfast are the best and they also have a cute gift shop. The place gets crowded, but the wait time is not too bad. It's a local diner with terrific food.
