Description
Situated in an 1870s building with a boarding house above it, the DeFlippo family has been preparing homemade Italian meals since 1946. The tradition is certain to continue as one of the DeFlippo boys recently returned to the restaurant with a degree from the Culinary Institute of America. The walls are covered with sports memorabilia and artwork by local painters, some of which is for sale. The ambience is old-style Italian, complete with red-and-white checkered tablecloths. Be prepared to wait in line for the popular Friday night fish fry.
