Alice's award winning food is described as "New World Fusion Confusion Cuisine". Whimsical Asian, Mediterranean, and Caribbean creations with her

We sat poolside with a large birthday party and we were very glad that we celebrated at Alice's. The food is hard to describe, as her mix of flavors and ingredients were unusual and wonderful, all at the same time. A bit pricey, but you're on vacation. Go ahead and splurge! It is worth it.
