We tend to dine at Hard Rock Cafes frequently in our travels. It's always fun, and the food is consistent. Servers are always dancing and singing around, and the walls are covered with interesting rock memorabilia as well as local pieces of interest.

Loving all and serving all since 1992, the Hard Rock still rocks Hot-lanta. It has even outlasted its former competitor, Planet Hollywood, which was located across the street. While most people come to the Hard Rock for its atmosphere and Hard Rock wear, the food is worth the trip too. American fare is on the menu here. Tasty burgers, sizzling fajitas, pasta, salads, and tummy-tempting sandwiches are just a sampling of what you will find here. I went with the Cajun chicken club (not too spicy) and my hubby the chicken club sandwich. And we saved room for some outrageous apple cobbler. Oh mama!

The theme of the Hard Rock (in case the name didn’t clue you in) is rock and roll. The walls are festooned with memorabilia from some of the greatest talents in the history of rock and roll. From legends to new comers, you can check out a part of rock and roll history here. You will find items from international stars to local legendry talent. The B-52’s started here so you can find all kinds of goodies from theme. And for some reason just about every Southern Hard Rock has Elvis spottings. What his connection to Atlanta is, I have no idea, but the King and the South just seem to go together.

Sit a spell and enjoy the music and history. Afterwards pop into the Hard Rock gift shop. Everyone just has to have a Hard Rock T-shirt so everyone else knows they have been to Atlanta. Pin collectors stop up front for several different types of pins. You can also find an array of items from golf balls, Barbies, and baby bibs for any future Hard Rock fans. You can make reservation for up to one month in advanced at www.hardrock.com. It is highly suggested during the summer, especially when the Braves are in town.

This Hard Rock Cafe is like any of the hundred other Hard Rock's scattered throughout the world wherever tourists gather. Same decor, same menu, same souvenirs - just different city name on the t-shirts.
To me eating at the Hard Rock is about a step above eating at McDonalds except there is a lot more noise at the Hard Rock.
But like McDonalds or any other chain restaurant for that matter, you always know what you are going to get when you sit down.
I must say this is one of the better Hard Rock's that we have been to - maybe it was our waiter. He was very good.
My cheeseburger was very good and my wife's club sandwich was very good. It was so much we did not have room for dessert.
