We had the lobster benedict for breakfast and it was delicious. This is a great place for breakfast. There were lots of other yummy-sounding items on the menu, but how often do you get lobster benedict?

The environment downstairs, with French doors open to the sidewalk, is perfect for breakfast. However, the dining room upstairs, which is where most guests would be seated at dinner, was unremarkable.

My dining experience at Longhi Restaurant was HORRIBLE, but almost in a funny way because it was so bad. I'm a frequent diner, out 4 to 5 nights a week, and this is the first time this has happened.

My wife and I arrived and eventually got the hostess's attention. She briskly took us to a table and told us the waiter would be right with us. About 10 minutes later someone brought out some cheese bread and some water. The bread was very good actually, and about 10 minutes later my wife, who was hungrier than me, said "I wonder where our waiter is?" We tried to get someone's attention, but to no avail. Finally I said, "Let's just see how long it will take," which was a big mistake, as no waiter every did come. I could have chased a waiter down, but I just wasn't in the mood. We left, and no one even seemed to notice or care. They had great bread, though.
