Description: After a long night of great music and perhaps a few too many pints, my body was craving (actually yelling for) some healthy food and liquids ASAP. A few blocks away from Temple Bar towards Grafton Street, Nude, delivered just what I needed. They have a juice bar with a bevy of options made on the spot. Service is strictly order at the counter or if you're in a hurry there's a long cold-case of ready to go juices, sandwiches, and salads with nary a potato or Irish stew to be found.
Sleekly designed in steel and bright splashes of colors, you could easily be in a juice bar in the US. They use reusable glass bottles with repositories for returns and overall, seem to be pretty environmentally on target.
If you need to get a quick dose of energy and vitamins, the smoothies and fresh juices feature loads of fruits with the option to add a booster of vitamin C, gingko biloba, echinacea, among others. The food fit the bill for my grumbly stomach too. The pannini's looked really good but I just had some yummy soup, salad and a juice. Fresh ingredients make the difference in their salads, organic soups and sandwiches. You'll find spinach, feta, hummus, mozzarella, crisp veggies, to name a few.
