The food was pretty good and the service was good also. If you save room for dessert (we were too stuffed), they have a really fun "volcano". It is a mountain of ice cream and toppings and is served with a lighted sparkler! Definitely an attention getter.
Go and have fun. The only downside, as with most places in Vegas, is that you have to enter/exit through the gift shop. Be ready to fend off the "mom, can have this pleeeeaaase???", and you will be ok.

I asked the hostess here what time was good so that we wouldn't have to wait. We ate dinner at 5:30 p.m., which was a little early, but not too bad because we had tickets to the EFX show afterwards. This was a really cute dining experience. Thunderstorms, moving gorillas, flying birds...it was fun. Kids would definitely enjoy it.
Oh, did I mention that the food was very tasty? I went with my husband and my parents and everyone was happy. At the entrance to the restaurant was a parrot and its' handler. The parrot was doing tricks, and the handler was giving us a little lesson about the bird's habits. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Take it all in by wandering around before you get a seat; kids go crazy here. There is a waterfall in the back and simulated downpours every once in a while.
We stopped in for their famous smoothies and were not disappointed.
The pictures are just on the outside of the restaurant.

We drank freshly squeezed orange juice while the monkeys and elephants were making their noise. For breakfast, I ate the Eggs Benedict and my spouse had the French toast. The eggs were standard, but the French toast was not the normal French toast one would think, but it was served like a piece of cake with warm syrup on it and around it. The food was very good.
They also offer smoothies, breakfast pizza, and fresh fruit as well as other choices for breakfast. It is definitely a family experience becuase of the aquarium of fish you see as you first enter. It is located at the MGM so it is easily accessible by all the hotels on the Strip.
