For starters, I had the tasso shrimp, which is fried and covered in a spicy sauce. My friend started with the gumbo, which was thick and flavorful. We both ordered the Cobb salad, hers with jumbo lump crabmeat and mine with onion-crusted chicken. Both salads were fresh, and the signature dressing was a great complement. We then finished it off with the very rich molten chocolate beignets.
