Pretty nice restaurant, although the best part is definitely the view. It sits at the top of the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino, which is the big tower.
We went about at 3:30, and there was no wait whatsoever. In fact, there may have been only one or two other tables sat in the whole place.
I had some sort of salmon dish, it was pretty good. I spent about $15, and it was a good portion of food.
The service was less than outstanding, however. Normally, I'm not too picky about service, but when you're practically the only table in the restaurant, and it takes ten minutes to get your first drink (a coke), and each refill, then there is a problem with the service. But, with as famous as this restaurant is, I seriously doubt that bad service is the norm.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Las Vegas.
