Description
This small and exquisitely decorated restaurant offers creative modern cuisine based on traditional recipes produced by an award winning chef, Willy Moya. The hearty stews are a wonderful mixture of colours, textures and flavours. The bream cooked with salt and king prawn oil and served with olives is truly original. There's also a delicious dish of salmon and cheese served on a bed of sweet onion marmalade, salmon with a dill marinade served on a bed of new potatoes and spring onions and much, much more. For dessert, try the creamy tocino de cielo stuffed with cherries, the piononos from Santa Fé covered in cinnamon cream or the chocolate and coffee pastries.
