Chocolatería Virgen de Luján

Description

The chain of Virgen de Luján chocolate stores, both the one found in Nervión and the one located in the Los Remedios neighborhood, is known by all Sevillians. With the mere pronouncing of the name comes the aroma of the best hot chocolate with 'churros' (fried breakfast fritters), both circular ('porras' in the rest of Spain), and those called 'potato churros.'

Opened in the 1970s, the aesthetic of the shop, predominated by the color orange, goes back to that era. For just 500 pesetas you will have in front of you a portion of 'churros,' with coffee, hot chocolate, or tea to dunk them in.
