Description
Located amidst idyllic rice paddies and farmland, this restaurant certainly lives up to its name. It is housed in a large and rambling teakwood structure with many different rooms (including karaoke rooms) and patio areas, all organized around a miniature private lake. Trees grow inside the restaurant with waterfalls and streams running past them.
The food is very good, inexpensive and includes several exotic-sounding delights such as spicy banana blossom, ivy gourd salad, fish in longan sauce and a huge variety of fruit shakes. There are more than 20 different whiskeys and almost as many wines.
