Description
Suntaree is a famous Thai singer who opened this lovely restaurant on the banks of the Ping River. Housed in a tiered teakwood structure, this spot is absolutely delightful with a sumptuous decor, myriad jungle plants and flowers and a spacious, well-lit stage at the center of it all. Suntaree and her musicians entertain here every night but Sundays. The traditional Thai food, including numerous Chiang Mai specialties and lots of fish and meat dishes, is very good and attractively presented. Soft drinks and local Thai whiskey are on offer, along with the usual selection of beers (from THB50).
