Yamato

Description

This Japanese restaurant is separate from, but under the auspices of, Nang Nual, Chiang Mai's oldest and most popular seafood restaurant. The cool Zen-like garden outside and dark wooden interior provide a calming backdrop against which to enjoy the restaurant's ultra-fresh sushi, sashimi and other Japanese specialties which start at a mere THB75. Soft drinks cost THB20, local beers start from THB35 and a good selection of natural teas are priced at THB25. The restaurant is entirely non-smoking.
