Appetizers include foie gras and smoked salmon, while grilled salmon, trout and French guinea fowl make up part of the entree section. Various cuts of U.S.-imported beef are charged by the gram, whereas T-bones cost THB670 and New Zealand lamb is THB680. There is also a well-stocked, attractive soup and salad bar.

For desserts, try the Grand Marnier souffle or cheese plate. Wines range from THB700 for a 1997 Chardonnay to THB2,700 for a 1991 Cabernet.
