Opened in 1922, this legendary Neapolitan restaurant renowned for its high standard of cuisine has long been a favourite with prominent celebrities, among whom playwright Eduardo De Filippo was a regular. Complemented by a marvelous view over the bay of Naples (a much sought-after backdrop by film-makers), the restaurant's typically Neapolitan cuisine is best known for its delicious seasonings—especially those used in the pasta first courses, fried fish and shellfish dishes (chosen from the live shellfish kept in a tank).
