The trattoria 'Zia' (Aunt) Teresa was created in 1916 in one of the small shops of the hamlet Marinaro; this was the name of the energetic woman who daily prepared tasty meals for the fishermen and workers of the place.
Having grown greatly with the passing of the years, Zì Teresa is now one of the most famous places to eat in Naples where politicians and famous showbusiness stars go.
The cuisine specialises in Mediterranean dishes with emphasis on local recipes but there are also traditional Italian dishes.
