The Holy Bagel Factory offers fresh bagels - plain, onion, wholewheat, sesame and poppyseed - with a variety of fillers ranging from butter, cream cheeses, tuna salad, egg salad, lox spread, avocado salad, and a variety of sliced cheeses. A variety of muffins and the local 'borekas' (a kind of filo pastry filled with cheese, potato or mushroom) and croissants are also baked fresh daily.
