You can find Israelis travelling at all hours to this rustic cafe. What brings them here is the authentic sachlab drink (a hot drink made from vanilla orchid with coconuts and cinnamon), malabi (a dessert made from rosehip), and a variety of other 'amami' (that's an Israeli term for homemade/popular) delicacies. Everything is baked on the premises. This is a working bakery where they make pita for stores, and sell pizzas, sambousaks (bread with sesame filled with sauce, cheese, egg and vegetables) and bagels. No credit cards accepted.
