Description
This glatt kosher falafel stand is a favorite in West Jerusalem. It is clean, and the street counter is always tempting with its mounds of finely shredded salad and its piles of laffa, not to mention the smell and sight of lean schwarma rotating in the background. The staff will stuff your falafel or schwarma with chips, fried eggplant, pickles, hummos and red cabbage. There is a side salad bar where you can add additional salads and sauces. This eatery has been open since 1967. Its tiny interior has seating space for seven around the service counter.
