Open 24 hours a day during the week, the original Aroma cafe (which now has another big branch on Emek Refaim) prides itself on its own brand coffee and sandwiches on homemade bread. Customers place their orders at the counter and will have their name called when their order is ready. Its USD2 sandwiches provide a good-value takeaway snack. There is some seating space both in the cafe and on the pavement outside. The Hilel Street branch can get very busy, so expect some noise and bustle and if you see a table—grab it!
