Also known as the 'Pub in the Park', this listed building is situated in the grounds of Clarke's Gardens. In addition to having a pleasant family meal, you can also take the kids to feed the ponies and goats in the gardens, followed by a trip to the play area at the rear of the restaurant. Once inside, you can appreciate how magnificent the hall would have been in its heyday as it has been carefully refurbished to retain its original character. The menu has plenty of choice, from combination platters to traditional English dishes.
