Description
If only the freshest seafood will do, then this Outer Richmond eatery is well worth the trek. At peak hours there is always a wait, but bottomless glasses of free wine nullify the chilly night. Frequently packed, the dining room hums with noise but never screams. The understated, casual decor makes it malleable enough for romance or a family meal. The ocean dictates the reasonably priced menu here (most entrees are less than $20) so it is nearly impossible to order wrong. The preparations are simple, permitting the fish to take center stage.
The wine list favors California selections and bottles start at $15. The service is great.
