Café de Paris L'Entrecote

Café de Paris L'Entrecote is enclosed by glass in the front, has good food and service, and is very noisy when crowded. The light level may vary. They have light lunch items with soups and salads; dinner choices include hickory-smoked breast of duck or a rack of lamb. I recommend trying their green-peppercorn sauce on steak served with French fries.

Dessert choices include chocolate mousse, pears Belle Helene, crepes Suzette, and profiteroles stuffed with ice cream and warm chocolate sauce (beware of the soggy pastry).

The place gets crowded on weekends, but Monday is very slow, so you may be able to walk in without a reservation. I constantly get no answer when I try calling.

Sunday to Thursday 11:30am to 10pm, Friday to Saturday 11:30am-12am
