The food was great and the service was good. The restaurant was very clean. The food wasn't very expensive either. All of the waiters and waitresses had a dress code. It was very appropriate.

Pacific Time

I have never had a meal here that has been less than outstanding! This restaurant always is named as one of the best restaurants in South Florida. It is one of the most expensive restaurants on Lincoln road but worth every penny.

You will usually find things prepared in ways with sauces or seasonings that you have never had before. It is truly a dining experience. You may have tilapia with mango and lime sauce or instead of mashed potatoes you may have yucca. You can count on finding things here that are out of the ordinary and always exceptionally delicious.

The inside decor (you can dine outside if you prefer) is quiet and calming, a nice break form the hustle and bustle of Lincoln Road. Quite often orchids decorate the tables.

I earned major points with my foodie and hipster friends for picking out this winner situated along the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall. Pacific Time is Pan Asian food at its fusion best, and I've heard it is also a local favorite. Be prepared to spend mucho bucks at this noisy and colorful place, as the food is so good that even if you are not terribly hungry you will have to order an appetizer, an entree and a dessert or, as a few of my friends ordered, an after-dinner cordial). Five of us went through 2 bottles of primo Australian Shiraz wine (the list includes varietals from all regions and in the mid-to-high price range).

I will confidently recommend the duck rolled in pastry as an appetizer and the yellowtail entree (seared with the lightest and completely ungreasy tempura coating ever tasted). For dessert, I ordered the chocolate bomb (that's really it's name), which is light yet full of bittersweet chocolate flavor. Other noteworthy mentions from the menu include the green curry as an entree (also recommended) and the eau du vin cordial (like grappa except made from cherry husks).

But, don't take my word for it: go for yourself and let the impeccable and perfectly pitched waiters advise you. We waited a few more minutes than usual for our desserts, and the waiter brought us a fresh round of cappuccinos. Classy. After you push yourself away from the table, go for a nice stroll along the pedestrian mall, which will surely be bustling at any pre-midnight hour. Perfect for business dinners with not-so-stuffy clients.
