Description
Tonkatsu, pork cutlet deep-fried in breadcrumbs, is one of the most popular meals in Japan. Usually served with a sweet brown sauce and chopped raw cabbage, rice and miso soup, it makes a very substantial meal. The pork used in the dishes in this restaurant, however, is something special, as the animals are reared on a diet that includes fresh herbs. This gives the meat its own distinct flavor. Eat here once, and you will want to come back! The hirekatsu (pork fillet) set costs just JPY1,380, and it is absolutely mouth-watering. Lunch sets start at JPY680.
