Chicago has a sizeable Mexican population, and, as a result, tons of tiny burrito shacks which all deliver good fast standard burrito fare. At first glance, Mr. Salsa does not look like anything special. But, somehow, one taste and you realize there is something almost mystical about the burritos that gives them a certain je ne sais quoi and has you coming back for more. Mr. Salsa serves the standard array of steak, chorizo, beef and chicken burritos and tacos, in addition to chips and Mexican sodas.
