Start with the Blackened Conch garnished with cassava chips. At US$14, it's an expensive appetizer, but a real treat for the palate. A two-person Caesar costs US$22. Signature entrees include the Pan-seared Salmon (US$22) and the Pan-roasted Veal with wild mushrooms (US$48).
